Stable Diet Café opened its door for business in August 2007. Located at what would be regarded as the quiet end of Wexford’s Main Street, this expansion into retail is proving a big success with our customers, both new and old.

True to our ethos to provide excellent quality food products based on our philosophy that nature knows best, Stable Diet now flourishes as one of the town’s most popular cafés. When you visit you will find a small but stylish interior that hums with activity as our friendly staff serve our loyal customers.

Our delicious scones, bakewell tart and cakes are in huge demand and breakfast has become a speciality. Our chef’s French Toast with Crispy Bacon and Maple Syrup is a big favourite.

Our scone range includes blueberry, malt and cranberry, raspberry, white and raisin, white, sundried tomato and black olive scone and our tasty cake range includes carrot cake, lemon syrup, chocolate fudge, coffee and pecan, Wexford fruit cake, lemon and raspberry, pistachio cake, coconut and lime cake, and whiskey tea brack. Lunchtime offers the opportunity to sample our crusty bread with homemade soup, crisp salads, roasted vegetables, meats, fish and freshly made daily specials.

The full range of Stable Diet products is available from our new retail section in the cafe including our granolas, sauces, chutneys, cookies, cakes and raspberry jam.
