The Coffee Pod Cafe

The Coffee Pod at the Park, run by Eoin and Sinead Cullen, began in October 2022 as a coffee van in Gorey Town Park. Overwhelming community support and our passion for creating a welcoming gathering space led us to expand into a full café, The Coffee Pod Cafe. Located within the heart of the park, our café serves specialty, organic coffee roasted by local supplier McCabe’s, alongside a menu of pastries, freshly-made meals, and seasonal treats sourced from local providers.

Our café has become a focal point in the community, where people of all ages come together—whether they’re runners enjoying a post-5K refreshment, families visiting the playground, or dog walkers stopping by for a quick coffee and chat. We work closely with park management to maintain a clean, safe, and inclusive environment, even offering first aid supplies, a pet-friendly area, and lost-and-found services. As proud Gorey locals, we’re committed to fostering community connection, supporting local suppliers, and showcasing Gorey Town Park as a vibrant destination for residents and visitors alike.
