A new Playground in Wexford Town
The new Min Ryan public park and playground, opened in June 2020 in Wexford Town, provides high quality and attractive open public space which is accessible to all.
Situated next to the new Loreto Secondary School the park will boast an array of attractive features, including a playground, picnic area, dog park, memorial garden, walking track, water features, multi-use events area, play spaces, wildflower meadows and art/sculpture displays.
The new playground incorporates wonderful equipment for all ages to enjoy.
The Park will also include a series of rich, biodiverse ecosystems such as a wetland area, wildflower meadows and native woodland habitats.
Toilets are available for visitors and there is parking on grounds.
Future additions are also set to include a skateboard park and children’s road cycling training facility.
