Welcome to The Strand Cahore, a residential award winning licensed bar and restaurant with a history spanning more than 80 years and ran by the Hanley family since 2018.

 

The Strand Cahore is in a unique position overlooking the safe swimming beach and pier at Cahore Point with sweeping views over the sea to Wicklow Head.

 

Our passion for food has been recognised by the Good Food Ireland network thanks to our focus on the freshness, flavours and colours of our menus. We offer a wonderful outdoor service from Seabiscuit with fresh coffees, teas, homemade pastries and desserts along with our woodfired pizzas.

 

We are delighted to offer our A La Carte dining all year-round Thursday – Sunday from 12pm for lunch and dinner alongside our takeaway Woodfire Pizzas and Fish and Chips. Please see our website and social media for regular updates.
