Filled with puzzles, quizzes, word searches, games, spot the difference and much more to keep the kids entertained while adults can enjoy some relaxation time.
Some Wexford attractions for children featured in the passport are:
Kia Ora Mini Farm– a family-run site for up-close contact with farm and exotic animals, plus go-karts and mini diggers
Hook Lighthouse– one of the oldest lighthouses in the world and the second oldest operating lighthouse in the world
Wells House & Gardens– a Great Victorian House & Gardens in the heart of Wexford with woodland walks, animal farm and much more
Dunbrody Famine Ship– Centred on an authentic reproduction of an 1840s emigrant vessel, it provides a world-class interpretation of the famine emigrant experience
Enniscorthy Castle– was originally built in the 13th century and has been ‘home’ to Norman knights, English armies, Irish rebels and prisoners, and local merchant families
Irish National Heritage Park – an open-air museum near Wexford which tells the story of human settlement in Ireland from the Mesolithic period right up to the Norman Invasion in 1169
Tintern Abbey– a Cistercian abbey located on the Hook peninsula
